*Hey babes, with all orders please allow 24 hours to process your order during business days from Monday - Friday. Once completion of checkout you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that we have received your order. Once we have packaged up your goodies you will receive an email notification of your shipping details.


*Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

*When it gets busy over public holidays, processing of your order may take up 3 business days.

Because  magic flying carpets are not  involved in the delivery service, the delivery times stated are only estimates. Some hiccups may occur due to factors out of our and Australia Post’s hands. Example, customs processing, weekends and public holidays or even a flat tyre. We cannot 100% guarantee delivery times.



After confirmation of order email you will then receive a shipping notification. Tracking number will be provided and you may enter it into the link provided, or you can directly check via Australia Posts website.

A signature is required on all orders, from this point it is the responsibility of the customer.

If you do not receive or collect your order within the notified time frame from Australia Post and it is returned, we will contact for re-delivery. This additional cost is required by the customer. If you do not wish to organise re-delivery, postage costs will not be refunded.


PLEASE NOTE: Soel Walker & Nikki Cruz does not cover any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country and is the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.


Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.



Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. The decision to offer a change of mind refund will be made at our absolute discretion.

If return has been approved we recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Soel Walker & Nikki Cryz  will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. 

 Item must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and resalable condition

No to the way! Only on human babes.

What skin type is it suitable for?

We suggest a patch test before use for any products you put on your skin. Soel walker products are suitable for all skin types.
